Cleveland couple indicted on involuntary manslaughter charges in overdose death of 2 year old

2-year-old Larenzo tested positive for a combination of buprenorphine, dextromethorphan, and diphenhydramine, drugs that are found in medications used to treat opioid addiction, cough and allergies, respectively, according to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office. The office ruled his death a homicide.

Tessa Marie Gadd, 24, and John Hines Jr., 33, are charged with involuntary manslaughter, corrupting another with drugs, endangering children and drug possession in the death of Larenzo Ealom Jr.
