Troopers ID man struck, killed by 2 cars in Clermont County

Just in: ​ Ohio state troopers have identified a 32-year-old man struck and killed by two cars Sunday night.

According to police, James Higgins, of Mount Orab, was walking west on Old State Route 32 when he was struck by a westbound vehicle.
